Worst Biggby ever, not sure what the staff is doing but took over 20 minutes to serve two customers in the drive thru. Not sure how this place is still operational with rude staff and slow service. 0/10 would not recommend

Biggby is always so disgusting. Always managed to lower the bar. The coffee they made today is 90% sugar. I'd rather pay more for Starbucks because they only mess up 15% of the times as opposed to 99% of the time.

Slow slow slow. If you stop here for your morning coffee before work DONT. You'll be 20 mins late at a minimum. Don't waste your time here, go to Scooters.

I have already left a horrible review and there are so many more and nothing changes. This is the slowest drive through and the staff is rude. Like unbelievably rude I can't believe they still have jobs and this has not been fixed

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru and still didnt get my order because I had to get to work.. VERY slow service every time..

To be honest this is the worst location in the area. I highly recommend driving over to the East Paris (they’re the best) location. Every time I go to the Breton biggby coffee they take a half hour and they don’t even put espresso in the drinks because they probably forget to do that. They are always short staffed here.

This bigby has to be hands down the slowest and most unprofessional bigby that I have ever been to. The girl wasn’t nice didn’t greet us, was super dry like she hated her job. Then when my coffee was done the other girl just sat it on the counter and it took the girl at the window at least 5 minutes to hand it to me. Mind you no one was in the line and she got an attitude because we asked for a sleeve. This place needs to do better, this location has definitely lost a customer

So much prefer my Godwin location. They seem so unhappy to work here and the drinks just don't taste the same. Will frequent my location from now on.

Feb 2023 and this place is insanely slow. You can wait 15-30 min in the drive Thru. Took about 5 min at the speaker for someone to answer. And this is during slow part of the day. Not really an excuse for this.

*UPDATE HEAD OVER TO SCOOTERS!! The wait was 3-5 minutes and line was just as long as biggby!! They have 2 lines so it moves quick for the morning rush!!Sloooooooooooow sloooowwwwww. ALWAYS SO SLLOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWW. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. AGAIN SLLLLOOOOOOOOOWWWWW LIKE A SLOTH WELL MAYBE SLOOOOOOWWWWWER THAN A SLOTH. People if you come early morning before work don’t! You will be late for work unless you come an hour early. Your wait will be at least 30 minutes EVERY TIME. Then your stuck in the line even if you have to leave your order there’s no way out! If y’all gotta run to Columbus for coffee beans for each individual order just say that!! I HATE IT HERE. ONLY COME BC ITS CLOSER THAN ANY OTHER COFFEE SHOP.

Pleasant staff, but 10+ minutes to get coffee and bagel really not acceptable. Had 4 folks working, but very inefficient. Heading back to Starbucks for next meeting.

I have been holding my tongue about this location, but after about 10 visits, only 2 were a pleasant experience. This location really struggles to do anything correctly. My last visit I order an iced coffee with caramel and cream, a very simple drink, and when I got it, my coffee was an oatmeal color when it's usually a tan/medium brown. I told the girl that my drink didn't look right and she said that it was. I took a sip and it was basically all creamer....? I waited 25 minutes and was the only person in line and am just baffled that they can't get the simplest orders right. When I went previously, I also had to wait for 25+ minutes and either got the wrong drink, the wrong size, or the food wasn't warm or cooked all the way. I have tried to be understanding of the short staffing but had enough when the cashier at the drive thru had a WEED PEN in her pocket... It's almost like she wanted us to know that she was under the influence! Overall just a real shitshow
