Used to be my favorite location because it's near my work. Grab coffee on the way in. But prices are going up and quality is going down. Wanted to try a pumpkin spice latte. Used my coupon for a $3 latte. Pretty sure they forgot to add the pumpkin spice. My husband agreed, said it tasted like a heavy cream coffee. That's not the first time either. I absolutely love biggby! The only reason I gave this particular Big b A three-star rating, is because of their drive-thru! It sucks! And also the biggby is pushed in the back of the parking lot it should be up front so that you can see it! I've been by there hundreds of times and never knew it was there! I Google searched biggby in the area I was in that day.
