Great place, didn't forget anything in my order. Employees were friendly and the stop was super quick. It did however look like they had a flood I could see thru drive-thru window the cook and bag packer were standing in quite alot of water.

Everytime I go my order is messed up. First off, shouldn't be 30 minutes for a pickup of 1 whopper and a fry. Second, you better check that food before you leave because they do not care about the ingredients in that burger. L
Always good for a diet coke. The service was a little strange. They're in restaurant machines were missing many many different kinds of drinks. The staff didn't seem to care anything about that. Typical service one gets these days from almost any style of restaurants: total indifference to customer experience by servers, but expecting of a gigantic tip.

I understand it's a fast food joint, but Americans have just stopped caring about everything altogether. Nobody wants to work there, so you're left with 1 or 2 people taking orders and doing the cooking. Orders take forever and are NEVER correct, often missing items. Just close the place down and sell the property to a business that actually puts an effort into their services/products. It's very depressing to see 2 senior citizens being the only staff at a place whose customers treat them poorly. The employees are great and do their best. But this just a recipe for disaster. At this point, just make the whole place autonomous and void of human employment.

Wife and I ordered a Whopper junior and a Whopper. Lots of drama behind the counter between the kitchen and front. Witnessed a kitchen staff get fired? Quit? Several front staff just standing and waiting. Took 20 minutes to get the food- and the wait got worse after we were served.
