The one thing about their service or any quick restaurant service nowadays is a drive-through get served and you're standing there waiting even though you know you're the only person that's a counter You're you don't get your food for like 10 minutes or whatever why the other line the food line or the outside line is this going and going and going I'm just not happy with that

I expect only 3 things from a fast food restaurant: quality food preparation, competent service, and clean food service areas.
Today 3/21/26 this S. Broadmor location was on point! No, it wasn't busy, but the person at the counter managed a smile (on a weekend too), fulfilled drink order immediately, and brought out food cook correctly. I especially appreciate those who work on a weekend and bring a positive attitude to their job that makes my weekend better. Thank...

It's been a couple years since I've had a Whopper, but I wanted to try one again after seeing online that they've improved it. The drive through service was quick and the burger was hot. I haven't had enough Whoppers lately to know if I got the improved version, but it was still a delicious burger!
