Apparently, at this location, when they get the customer’s order wrong, the customer deserves to be yelled at.
Not quite sure how McDonald’s teachers customer service, but however they’re doing it, it’s not sticking.
Maybe this is why places like Chick-fil-A spend so much time focusing (and succeeding) on a positive customer experience. I’ll be choosing CFA from now on because they don’t yell at me when they get my order incorrect.
terribly rude workers. I know to check the order at this location bc they ALWAYS get it wrong. However I didn't think I needed to make sure the burgers had Patty's.
