First visit to this location. Good atmosphere, loud, clean restrooms mostly (could’ve been freshened up a bit). Fort Worth ribeye was cooked as requested and flavorful, buttered corn was good, mashed potatoes were just ok. The famous rolls and butter were delicious. Reasonable prices.
My friend & I stopped in while she was visiting Grand Rapids . I’ve been to this location before & have never had any complaints but tonight our experience was beyond incredible due to the service of Jackie. We had Jackie as our waitress & she took remarkable care of us. She was quick, she was kind, & she made sure we had everything we needed and then some without us even having to ask. Jackie is phenomenal & when I visit Texas Roadhouse again I will be asking...
So as a second side to my entree I was suppose to get salad. Get home and discover a ranch cup plus a bacon cup without the salad, and no silverware when I requested two. Not too happy as we live 20 minutes away and can't come back. I know though your food is always good and I will enjoy what I have.
