Incredible! Our server was BRENT! And he was FANTASTIC! We came in with a big group for our work luncheon and he was a champ! Our drinks were never empty! He constantly communicated what was happening! 10 stars! ✨ Go there and ask for Brent! You won’t regret it! The food was incredible too! Amazing place!
Our kids love The Cheesecake Factory. We are from Arizona and have visited those locations numerous times, but we have visited the Grand Rapids location twice so far. The food has been really great during both visits! The service is pretty good. Just hard to find your server sometimes when you sit on the patio. Cheesecake was top notch, like usual. A family favorite and crowd pleaser with all the menu choices. We will be back again and again for sure!
Wonderful lunch choices. Soups, salads and sandwiches. Food is served in an appetizing plating. Our waiter was great. Cheerful, helpful, and attentive. The cheesecakes are in a display case so you can choose the piece you want. So many choices! We chose to eat on the patio on a perfect summer day. Lovely and relaxing.
