Went here today(7/12/26) around 830pm and yeah..there was a worker named Kayden I believe. Very ignorant . Why work there if you don’t like your job? I ordered a misty slush float and he got it wrong when he made it..i let him know and then he complained that he had to make it again and do it right . The service is 1000\\10. Always so polite and kind. They go above and beyond. I typically mobile order and pick it up and multiple times they have me pull around the line and run it out to me instead of waiting.
Very nice , friendly , manager (Carissa)kindly helped fix my order , which she was learning and noticed a lot of teamwork which is very successful when employees are working together . I loved their breadbaskets but I feel like when I eat at another Dairy Queen it isn’t the same quality .
