I was looking forward to trying this place - seems like a community staple - but while the food was great (and good value) unfortunately slow but also poor service; accused of fake IDs, forgotten items on our order, and no follow-ups on quality of food or refills for waters. Good job to the kitchen though.

Stopped in at Dick’s Pour House and overall it was a good experience. The food and atmosphere were enjoyable, and it’s definitely a spot with a lot of character.
The service could’ve been a little better—it felt a bit slow at times—but I also understand they were super busy and seemed understaffed for the rush. Everyone was still kind, just stretched thin.
I’d definitely come back again, especially when things aren’t quite as hectic.

We have been to Dick’s Pour House a couple of times previously, but this time we took our 8 year old grandsons. The food is always so good, but my grandson tried perch for the first time and was blown away! 😂 He just raved about it. I also had the perch and it was just delicious. Perfectly cooked and a treat! Chicken tenders for my other grandson, and smelt dinner for my husband. Both delicious also, but the perch stole the show! Highly recommend!

Service is very, very slow. Hostess said serever will get to you when she can when asked. Waistress nice but SLOW. After waiting for 1hr 45 min finally asked to get food to go. 4 tables that came in 15-20 min after us, had their food before we got to even order ours. They forgot my pickle in my pulled pork sandwich order, so my plate was not complete. Food has good flavor but burgers can be cooked well done, even though you ask for medium rare. Been there 3 nights before, service better but expect to be there at least 1.5 -2 hours to get a meal. Not happy that we paid for food that did not get.

Great hometown feel, everyone's meal was prepared perfect. Delicious open flame broiled burgers, wild caught smelt and perch lightly breaded. Outdoor seating and staff was exceptional.
We loved the smelt.
