Drive-Thru Depot Reviews
Ordered 2 small ice creams in a dish and waited 20 minutes for them. Not to mention the truck that pulled up after us ordered hot deep fried food and received it and left 7 minutes before we received ours. Along with multiple other vehicles that arrived after. Very disappointed with the service. Recommend getting ice cream elsewhere if not ready to wait 20 minutes.
Two ice cream cones should not be a 35-40 minute wait. They were busy. I get being busy but figure out how to move orders out faster. I worked at an ice cream place in my youth and there is no way it could take that long even if busy. Are they making the ice cream? Needless to say no matter if the food and ice cream is good - we will not be back.
pretty disappointed my father came from Kentucky been bragging about the place than Monday night we came through had the worst experience ordered two banana splits and 2 strawberry shortcake Paid and after waiting about 30-35 minutes. They brought the banana splits and then told us they had no strawberries for the strawberries. shortcake. And then they told us they only charged us for one and then it took another 45 minutes for them to even bring out 1 and wouldn't even refund...read full review

Drive-Thru Depot is a restaurant that offers a variety of food, with particularly good ice cream. The ice cream is creamy and abundant, including the peanut butter Mackinaw Island fudge flavor that customers love. Breakfast sandwiches, potato coins, and mini corn dogs are also popular menu items, noted for their great taste. The Garlic Parm Boneless Wings are a must-try, while the grilled chicken sandwich receives mixed reviews. The staff is friendly, and the service is efficient, even with many young employees. Prices are very competitive. Some visitors have found issues with the burgers, describing them as dry, hard to swallow, and having an unusual smell. Despite this, Drive-Thru Depot is commended for its welcoming small-town atmosphere, great food and treats, and even offers a sweet treat for dogs. The owner's commitment to work ethic makes it a local spot worth stopping by.
