I love the depot, it's a very sweet little store that's been there a long time. Unfortunately, the disgusting chain store, dollar general came in across the street and is taking so much of its business. The Depot is one of a dying remnant of the past, wooden floors, screen door. All of their stuff is awesome!
Friendly hometown staff and GREAT pizza, subs and sandwiches. Excellent selection of products at a fair price. A great stop when you're heading north to Traverse City or beyond.

The Depot is a Lake George Landmark with a nice remodel. They offer yummy food options and a variety of beverages. Guests highly recommend the BLT pizza, supreme, and other pizza options. The apple pie ice cream is a must-try, with flavors that remind you of the real pie. Fast service and cute spot make dining here enjoyable.
