You could forget the onions, mix up the bread and thats totally an opps and I get it. I worked at a sub shop and made plenty of mistakes. But if I order double steak and I get double chicken, that's so silly it has to be intentional. Not ordering online anymore.

Paid 11 dollars for a wrap to get no meat or condiments. Absolutely horrible.
Normally always a great experience, but today when I came in there 0 staff members wearing any type of hat or hairnet and I found a hair in my food. The sign on the door reads āPlease respect employees, our staff is inexperienced.ā Hats off to you managers thatās awesome, but you also need to respect the customer and follow food safety regulations.

Enjoy being able to get a protein bowl in place of breads or wraps; getting a slight alteration without fuss. Waitresses helping out with smiles even though it was busy.; drive up and in-store buying. Clean floors and tables. Like the remodeling. I got there at a shift change.
