Food and service are good. The sweet rolls are EXTREMELY sweet and big enough to feed four people. Stop here every year on my trip to the UP. If only I could find something this good in North Carolina.
The restaurant may not be serving meals currently but they are open! They still have their huge cinnamon rolls, pasties and other baked goods for sale. If your passing through L'anse please stop and support them. I'm seeing a cinnamon roll in your future ?

I had their Hilltop roast beef sandwich. It was the best. The cheese was oozing off and a ton of mushrooms. My man had the hot roast beef dinner. We loved it. The waitress was awesome.
