What a cute restaurant! We had the BLT and rueben, both on rye. The sandwiches were good, service excellent, and atmosphere peaceful. The big draw of course is the giant cinnamon rolls and cookies. I'm a soft cookie person and the staff helped find me the softer molasses and sugar cookies. The molasses was incredible! If your rule is to eat local while traveling like ours is, it's a spot worth trying out!

Spent the morning hiking, and decided to stop in to get lunch. They were still serving breakfast, and decided on a late breakfast. Food came out super quickly! The waitress was really friendly, and everything was delicious. If we were in the area again, we would definitely stop back.

We went to The Hilltop for breakfast Thursday morning ☕️ I ordered steak and eggs, and Warren ordered the special… waffles and strawberries? Or was it strawberries and waffles? 😂 Either way, it looked delicious! My steak and eggs were cooked to perfection — exactly how I like them. Compliments to the cook! And our waitress was absolutely wonderful. Excellent service, truly one of the best we’ve had. I just wish I would’ve gotten her name so I could thank her...
