Cold Brew
Espresso
2 oz. of espresso.
Americano
Espresso (4 oz. for 12 oz. cup or 6 oz. for 16 oz. cup) and hot water.

Specialty Coffee Drinks
Coffee Mocha
Our variation of a mocha latte. We take real chocolate and blend it with a pour-over of our espresso blend. Specifically crafted to not need added milk or sugar (just the sugar in the chocolate).
Baklavatte
Hot or iced. House-made pistachio-walnut syrup, honey, cinnamon, and steamed whole milk. Substitute whole milk with oat milk below. Extra espresso for an additional charge.
Caffe Latte
Hot or iced. A traditional latte consisting of espresso, and steamed whole milk. Substitute whole milk with oat milk below.
Vanilla Latte
Hot or iced. Our house-made Mexican vanilla syrup, espresso, and steamed whole milk. Substitute whole milk with oat milk below.
Dirty Chai Latte
Hot or iced. Chai tea, espresso, simple syrup, and steamed oat milk.
Cortado
A traditional espresso drink originating in Spain. The our cortado is a 7 oz. drink with a roughly 1:1 ratio of espresso and lightly steamed milk. Oat milk can be substituted for whole milk below.
Macchiato
Macchiato in Italian means "spotted". This traditional Italian drink is made with 2 oz. of espresso and a spot of steamed milk. It's small but mighty.

Not Coffee Drinks
Ramblin Rose Tea
Non-caffeinated hot tea. A tangy, earthy blend of wild-harvested red clover blossoms, organic hibiscus, and organic rose petals provides loads of vitamin C along with other vitamins and minerals. Ramblin' rose tea has a sweet, earthy base with tangy high notes of hibiscus and rose and is great with a spoonful of honey.
Hot Chocolate
Hot or iced. Literally hot chocolate. Specifically crafted to not need added milk or sugar (just the sugar in the chocolate).
Steamer
12 oz. of steamed milk. Can we flavored like any of our lattes. A great kid's "coffee" drink.

I tried to go everyday during my visit. It’s that good. I live in Portland where coffee shops are a big deal. But this Lansing gem could definitely hold its own. The violet Beauregard was my favorite, great light floral notes. The peach cobbler was my husbands favorite. The flight idea was definitely a great way to explore the menu. I’ll definitely be coming back when visiting my in laws.

I went for the first time this morning and I should have gotten a bigger size. It was so good. I got one of their spring specialty drinks. The one with the elderflower, lemon lime, and rose sugar topping. Very unique and so delicious.
