Please tell your general manager that it is rude when you get mad at customers it us not a good example tod take it out on the next customer. Ask your staff to speak clearly and slow enough so that a distorted voice can be heard. If you are not able to fix this problem don't let the gm work the drive up window. no you should not take out your rage on customers. You need to step away from the window. I was not happy taking your rage and won't be back
Berating the customer ahead of me with the drive-thru speaker volume set to 11 convinced me to go elsewhere.
For the record, your drive-thru ordering process IS incredibly frustrating for customers. If you would simply let the customer speak, we could tell you exactly what we want. Instead, you INSIST on talking over the customer to read your rigid script. It's rude and needlessly slows the process.
