First time at Art & Jake's, we went on a Friday around 12:30. Initially was expecting fast service as there were so many servers available but not so much. Our server took our drink order of water and a pop within the first 5 minutes but then didn't come back for our food order for 20 minutes. We received another tables food Initially, then ours was brought to us. It was ok but not anything that made me think I wanted to eat that again! We don't eat out often...
We have been here 7 times. Every time has been absolute fire. The food is comforting, delicious, and fast. The prices are awesome, and the service is great. Angel is particularly awesome with food and drink recommendations.
Sometimes, I swap out the rice and corn sides for veggies and potatoes as the rice and corn arent always my fave. They are so customer-focused and will entertain nearly any substitution/addition (sometimes with a cost, of course).
