Pretty crowded for a Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.
Opted not to go with the special for the evening and had the the fish and chips dinner. Wished I would have gone with the special... The fish was over battered and over fried. Was difficult to cut and not a pleasure to eat. The olive burger was delicious though.

All I wanted was lunch and a fizzy Diet Coke, got an argument from the staff about when the CO2 had been changed when we pointed out that the Diet Coke was flat. I would have been happy with a different soda but that was not offered. Should have been an easy fix, but no. We left without ordering lunch. Disappointing because we’ve been there many times and enjoyed both the food and the friendly service. Will think twice before we visit again, and if we see the same server...

Was in town from the North East, and was sent to B&I by a Lansing local. So glad we went! Maddie and Rob were awesome hosts. Food was tremendous, drinks were cold! Cant wait to come back to the best damn dive bar around.
