I value that these sandwiches are offered in Lansing. One of, if not the only spots that offers plant-based toasted hoagies in the greater Lansing area.
Next step is booting out the animals on the menu and becoming a fully plant-based restaurant!!

Easily the best sandwich shop in Lansing. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. Many people would find the whole sandwich big enough for two meals. There are many vegan options.

WOW. We got a half hoagie because we weren't that hungry but it was HUGE (bigger than a regular sandwich anywhere else), stacked with a thick layer of seitan and fresh avocado. We will definitely come again to try other combos.
