Took them 25 minutes to make my strawberry mocktail, watched 4 customers come in and leave before I got my drink. Order way way ahead or just come in. I order ahead so I can just come in and go so I’m not late for work.
The staff at this Biggby on Elmwood are fantastic. They really are friendly and care about you and making you the best drinks! There are so many to mention, but my favorite baristas know who they are! This is a great store!
Big shout out to Laila for fixing my order this morning! I accidentally ordered at the wrong store and she was super sweet about helping me get caffeine this morning! 10/10 Definitely will be back, the staff here is awesome!
