was having a rough day, but when I came in, Lindsey, Laila, and Corrie completely turned it around. They were all so friendly and welcoming, and their great service along with a delicious drink really brightened my mood. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The baristas Zoe, Reece, and Bree were so kind! I went in not knowing what I wanted, and Zoe totally talked me through the menu and then made me the best drink I’ve had in my life! Thanks!
I went to the Biggby off of Elmwood right by Meijer on the west side of town. Lucy is an amazing barista! She goes out of her way to take care of you and to get you exactly what you are wanting. I will drive out of my way to go to that Biggby to see her
