I've always had great experiences at any Biggby's Coffee shops. The Jolly road shop has excellent service, is always clean, and they work through a busy line-up very efficiently. Everything I've ordered has been excellent. coffees, teas, bragels, etc have all been made exactly as I requested. I absolutely LOVE the Mocha Sweet Foam cold brews and when I ask for light on the flavor, they always get it right. Not too much mocha, and definitely not just a whiff of it...
Best day ever! I ordered a frozen coconut cream latte and bacon bagel this afternoon from the Biggby on Jolly Rd, 48910 via a mobile order. The bagel was made perfectly and my frozen latte was amazing! I'm writing this review bc the day before (4/21/26) was absolutely horrible at the Biggby on Marsh, 48864. Partly my fault, i sent my mobile order to the wrong location yesterday. I was grateful the staff at the Marsh location was willing to make my morning mobile order...
I'm a regular at this Biggby as my house is right down the road. And the service has always been good. I will say ever since Megan started she has brought so much life into this place! She makes me even more excited to get my morning coffee, she's always got a good joke or a thoughtful compliment and her energy lights up a room! I love this Biggby! (I wish you had a drive through 😖)
