Great service but someone is charging tips. Had offered a 2$ tip on a 11$ charge and got charged 24$ for a coffee and a bagel?! I get inflation, but this is the second time and the same person has done it. Please take action and not just allow people’s gratitude to be taken advantage of.

I don't normally leave reviews but this was truly awful. There was a wait, I don't mind that honestly but it's midday on a Saturday and there was only one other car in the drive thru. While ordering, she asked me to repeat myself over and over again and it was a struggle; no language or speaker issues, she just wasn't listening and kept asking me to "hang on". Once I got to the window, they REQUESTED a tip while paying with my card! None of this is even why I left this review - I ordered an iced latte and it is honestly undrinkable, completely disgusting with a bizarre chemical taste. I didn't have another 20 minutes to spend driving back and waiting again for potentially no solution.

Let me preface this with the fact that I travel all over the state of Michigan for my job. I swing into coffee shops all the time when I’m on the road and give employees of coffee shops and cafes the opportunity to make whatever they want and have creative freedom. I’ve swing into this location a couple of different times but the last two times I’ve been here have prompted me to make a review. The barista Josh know how to make a coffee. It was a mocha cold brew with white chocolate and mint. It was so good I thought about it periodically throughout the week until I was back into Lansing for the day. The customer service of this store is amazing too, Sophia is who I talked two the last two times I visited. this is a store with two highly rated employees. These two definitely deserve recognition for the quality of work they carry out.

Ordered bagels with butter and coffee, got 3 bagel and 6 frozen bitter to try and spread on my warm bagels, didn't work ... Should at least have butter at room temp in order to spread it....

The new drive through walk up location in the Meijer parking lot has been a quick pleasant experience every time. The staff are always friendly and in a good mood and I've yet to have my order incorrect!
