Had a fast, friendly experience when we stopped by for our Shark Week special drinks! They do ask for a tip, which we didn’t mind as we understand the hard work they do behind the scenes.
Accidentally forgot to mention im lactose intolerant. Kaylee was so so sweet made sure I didn't feel bad and remade our drink SO fast! Can't stress enough this team is always amazing and kind hearted. Great place to go if you have anxiety and dietary restrictions.
7.9.25 I haven’t had a chance to update my review. The store owner made this right with a free bagel and coffee. This Biggby crew are always working hard and are friendly and helpful. Like I said about the coffee-they nail it every time! I appreciate the consistency and quality of the drinks. And the bagels are good too!
