Never been asked if I wanted to give a tip ever until today. Just an awkward experience when that happens because if you say no you feel bad when you shouldn't have to. Think I'll avoid this one for now on. Food and coffee was great, but why is tipping being asked for? I hope they are properly being paid.

I had such an awesome experience here tonight!! I manage the biggby all the way in Spring Lake and stopped here on my way home from the Lions game! The staff was very prompt at taking my order, and at the window they were very polite and efficient, and also asked if I had my biggby card which rocks because I always forgot to use mine when I’m not at my store! 🩷 my Mocktail is always super delicious and exactly what I need to power through the rest of my drive!! 🤩 you guys...

It's very convenient to have this location tucked nicely into the lot of Meijer. When I do my shopping or before, I can come here and it's usually open before the other locations nearby which is definitely a plus.
