“Stayed at this hotel for a conference. Room was very clean and front desk staff were polite and knowledgeable. I used the valet service. When I was ready to checkout they were short staffed. It took a little longer than I had hoped to get my car, but Evan J did a fabulous job getting through the line of guest waiting on their vehicles. He had a smile on his face and was really hustling. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Lansing area.“
