Just stayed here and was pleasantly pleased with the whole staff. They were very welcoming and always had a smile on their face.
Visited their restaurant for mostly breakfast but did enjoy their lunch and dinners. The wait staff were knowledgeable about out specific allergies, if unsure, they asked the kitchen staff.
They do have a corner market that also is a coffee shop, sadly they don't offer enough options for gluten free products but we made it work.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Lansing. Had a wonderful stay with a river view room and a delicious cooked to order breakfast in the hotel's on-site restaurant. Also enjoyed the convenience of the Market that served Starbucks and other tasty grab and go items. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend for your next visit to Lansing
Room was clean. Beds were very comfy. Price was great for the experience. Very close to the capitol. Free parking after 6pm. Neighborhood seems like its going thru some infrastructure and revitalization. Don't let the steakhouse next to the gentlemen club fool you. Top notch steak.

Despite these issues, the hotel maintains a fair price and remains a convenient choice for travelers visiting Lansing. The breathtaking vistas, exceptional value, and suitability for business meetings, workshops, seminars, vacations, and weekend getaways make this an ideal place to stay.
