Before this fall the service time used to be great, but now its abysmal. On average I've been waiting at least 40 minutes.
Got challenged to do a cart wheel for free fries here
Waited over thirty minutes to pick up an order they had already marked as complete. So many orders I watched go out had missing food items or incorrect order items. In addition, one of the staff was complaining about “all the damn DoorDash orders” making it take so long. There was only one drive thru customer and the rest were DoorDash pickups so this was extremely rude.
