A group of 20+ go for brunch every couple of months. Seated in sunroom and we have bingo before meals arrive. It is difficult and sometimes chaotic to have individual checks but they don't complain and apologize if there is a delay. Often 2-3 people deliver food. It's always something we look forward to. They are so accommodating I would always recommend them but call ahead to let them get ready for you.

Ordered curbside pick-up while on lunch and got back to the office with pancakes and no butter or syrup. Called the manager and expressed my opinion. He then said he would refund the order. Today I check my account and he refunds me $8. The pancake order alone was more than $8 and the rock hard rolls I got were not even cared about. Baked fresh every day is a lie!!!

A Very Clean Atmosphere. Family Friendly. Food is Always Fresh And Hot. Wait time is Acceptable. Management goes Above and Beyond to Meet Your needs and to make sure your Visit was Fantastic Waitresses and Waiter are Fabulous. If cooks are not TO Busy some will come Check on you and your table to see if they can get you anything else they also they offer dessert and explain what kinds are available. I Highly Highly Recommend Bob Evans on American Road.

Have not been to South Lansing Bob Evans in a while. Was seated immediately to a cozy clean booth. I ordered the Country Fried Steak with sausage gravy. 2 eggs, hash browns and sour dough toast. Coffee was fresh and hot. Was very pleased with My Breakfast, The meal experience was made even better by our excellent waitress Isabel. I would definitely come again and would highly recommend.

Tried this place again and again was very DISAPPOINTED...will not spend another dollar here...take out portions are so small you think it is for children!...chicken strips were so hard you could not bite them, beef tips consisted of 9.....spent almost 50 dollars...
