FRIDAY NIGHT 4/21/23 AT 6:02 PM. THERE WAS PEOPLE IN SIDE THE STORE. I PULLED TO THE DRIVE -THUR AT TRIED TO PLACES A ORDER & SAT THERE FOR TEN MINS. BY THIS TIME THERE WAS 5 CARS IN THE LINE. I WILL NOT BE BACK UNTIL THEY GET THE _____ TOGETHER

Runny sweet potato casserole, chicken nuggets looked horrible. I ate a half of one. The Coke tasted bitter. Cornbread served cold the worst meal I’ve ever had. Never again.! even the outside looks shabby and we were the only customer there we should’ve never went in. The sides were clear down to the end. Proximately 2/3 I thought used to be food wasn’t even being used. It was nothing but empty containers. 3 to 4 employees I think we could’ve at least got warm corn bread. Sorry I couldn’t say anything good about this place because there was nothing good to say.

I like this place. Please just get it together please, I don’t think what you do is that difficult to do but I do understand things happen in production. But great job great staff!!?

Ordered food from boston market thru uber eats. When i opened the bag, i discovered part of the order was not there. I called boston market and was told they were out of meatloaf and ciabatta bread. I asked why nobody bothered to ask if i wanted something else instead of just sending half the order and not saying anything. They said they told the uber driver, which the uber driver denies anyone saying anything. 1 person told me they would make me a new sandwich tomorrow, another said they wouldnt have meatloaf and ciabatta bread til next monday, which makes me believe the uber driver. Horrible customer service.edit: in response to the reply by Jullie. you completely miss the point. the problem is not that they were out of something. customers understand that you run out of something. the problem is the item missing was part of a "pick two" menu item and nobody bothered to check to see if i would want something else. they sent the order out, half filled. and then when i called to find out why half the pick two was not delivered, they tried to blame the uber driver. and it just isnt hard to figure out they were not being honest when one employee told me one thing and not 2 minutes later the manager told me something different. its also not hard to figure out they werent being honest when the manager stated they put extra items in the bag, which, call me weird but i just dont think putting 2 cornbread muffins in a bag makes up for only filling half the order. so as far as providing me a better experience next time, if thats the kind of customer service boston market excuses, there will not ever be a next time.

This Boston market has gone down in quality the last two times we've been there the chicken has been dry , the soda machine must be broke the pop taste like bleach. Wasn't even sure the place was open it looks closed. Shouldn't have stopped since it looked like there was no other traffic there.We ordered a half chicken and got two large chunks of dry chicken breast was the only customer there and it took almost 15 minutes to get the order. I won't be going back here, too bad used to be real good.

I ordered a full slab and whole chicken. The ribs were over 21.00 and we only received 4 bones - very disappointing!

My Uncle passed away on 11/14/22 and on accident I placed an order trying to figure out food for his Celebration of Life on 11/19/22. Not only did they refund our money but gave us food for my uncle's celebration and then some. It is businesses like this that make this world a better place! A special shout out to Savannah and Patricia! You both go over and beyond for your customers and we appreciate you, your leadership and team! Keep up the great work!

Went to order, doors were locked when the store was open. Used the drive thru, and was told that speaker system wasn’t working. Finally at the window, the person taking the order informed us online orders only and it was going to be a two hour wait. She also informed us the doors were locked because someone had threatened staff with a gun. It was obvious from her demeanor and I’m not blaming her, that the location was not prepared due to management issues. This used to be a great place to get food. My wife and I used to come here frequently, but service has tanked from a lack of investment and caring on behalf of management. The young lady was nearly in tears over this and I feel badly for her and her coworkers. We may not be back after this.

It's 10-28-22 at 8:11pm and they're closed. The store hours on the door and internet both say they close at 10pm on Friday. So why are they closed?

I ordered and paid for food on September 5th online, only to be told by a rude employee when I came to pick it up, that they were closed because they ran out of food. it's been more than a month. I have not received my money back yet. The corporate office reached out once on the google review requesting the order number, and I sent it to them. I have never heard anything from them since then. Don't order from them. If they can't return money when they didn't deliver food and hire rude employees, they are not worth any effort to try. I am ready to contact the Better Business Bureau to lodge a complaint.

I ordered and paid for a meal online Monday September 5th. Pickup time said 7:45. I arrived at 7:56 pm to be told the very rude store employee that they was closed and I would have to call the store the next day (today). When I called, they said they said my money would be returned in 7-10 business days but wouldn’t say how the system even knows I didn’t get my order. Then they proceeded to say the general manager would be in in 2 hours, only to be told in 2 hours the GM was on vacation. Poor communication, haven’t gotten a call back, kept my money with no food. They deserve a ZERO.I am still waiting fr a refund or message that my money will definitely be refunded. The manager has not contacted me yet. It has been 2 days since the corporate office said they would look into it.

I have always loved Boston Market, however, today the service was extremely delayed and out of sorts. The workers were polite but apoeared lost and somewhat confused. I ordered a quarter chicken and the worker said "is that 1/4 or 1/2?
