Terrible terrible place terrible service I'm here 42825 6:30 p.m. just went up to the window politely after I got out of work ordered my dinner didn't see my item I ordered twice on the menu asked if I order was correct The guy started getting rude with me a lady jumped across a microphone started yelling and screaming at me I pulled up by the window and the white female inside with the headphones on flips me off through the drive-thru window after I told them they lost my service not happy this isn't a place you want to bring your family nothing like going to spend your money and having the staff basically telling you to go f off how one called for I hope this gets to the owner immediately do not go here do not do not do not go here bad place

My husband and I were just in the drive thru ordering breakfast for our family of 4. We ordered 2 meals and went to order the 3rd when the person taking our order yelled in the speaker "OH MY GOD". I understand that ordering for 4 people might be a lot to some people, but how the employee acted was very unprofessional and immature. I will not be going back.

Didn't go in..ordered at drive thru...the attendant was rude..I asked if they had lg shakes and he said, "We have one size!", I then asked what size is that??? Reply.."We have one size!" Ordered a fish sandwich but the tarter thasted old..I threw it out. I won't be going back..

Everytime I go here, they make my order wrong and then tell me they won’t be fixing it. Don’t waste your time going to this Burger King go to another one. They also basically steal your money, I asked for cheese on my sandwich and it showed on the receipt that I added cheese I paid for it and all and they still wouldn’t fix it or just simply give me a slice of cheese lol. The employees here are eh and probably should be fired, they obviously don’t enjoy their job. This is definitely the ghetto Burger King of Lansing. & just in case a manager sees this, it’s your 3rd shift. Jan 8th 2024 around 8pm. Hopefully they just close this location down.

Inside is filthy, questionable management, consistently extremely slow, food has never been that good from here. Only expect cold food and tweaker vibes from this Burger

Could food had a mushroom melt had 2 pieces of mushrooms only burgers were dry, swiss cheese only had 1 slice the fries were could, the lobby it needs alot of cleaning I bet the health department would have a fild day..

Ordered online and drove just over a mile to pick up my food. Only two cars ahead of me in drive through. No one behind. Waited for the other cars to order. When i got to the speaker I was told to wait. I waited an unusually long while & was eventually told there were still the two orders ahead of me so I would have to wait. Seriously?
Two orders had them backed up? I finally told the speaker that I'd ordered online. I was told to go to 2nd window....which is where the cars ahead of me were still waiting for their orders. All the while id waited at the menu board and they hadnt moved! I eventually parked and went inside. Because I'd odered online, the sandwich and onion rings had been sitting there bagged. It was cold when it was handed to me and half the onion rings were in the bottom of the bag. It seems yoh actually get worse service when ordering online. The food gets bagged but we still sit (and sit, and sit, and sit...) in the same line as everyone else so the food is cold & soggy when we finally get it. Both the onion rings & fish sandwich tasted oddly sour & bitter so after a few bites, I threw them out. What an utter failure on your part. In the future, I'll go to the nearby McDonalds, Culvers, Taco Bell, numerous pizza places or the BK on MLK. Do you not notice that your store is part of "fast food row" in this area? Customers have other options.
