I placed an order for my granddaughter’s birthday. I needed to pick it up on Tuesday. I called the night before, and due to a misunderstanding on the pick-up date, they do not have open hours on Tuesdays, it was not ready yet. Instead of telling me I’m sorry we can’t make that date. They said to come around 4pm tomorrow, and it will be ready. I arrived at 3:45pm, they showed up a few minutes later with the cheesecake, and I was off to the birthday dinner.
