Visited Burger King on N Cedar St in Lansing for a coffee and meeting with a friend. Despite the place being nearly empty, we were asked to leave after an hour by the manager, even after offering to purchase more. The reason given was "policy," with no flexibility or clear explanation. Felt unwelcomed and unfairly treated, leading to a decision to never patronize Burger King again. An unsettling experience that felt discriminatory.

If you advertise opening at 6:00 a.m. then your facility should be open and ready at 6:00 a.m. I have come by several times after 6:00 a.m., and waited at the drive through order quite a while. Not even a response that you are not open. I and others will no longer come by your facility.

We stopped in to grab breakfast before work. The drive thru was busy, so my boyfriend went inside. The Burger King employee on duty made the decision to help all of the drive thru before helping him in the lobby. So because we did not want to wait in the drive-thru line, she was going to make him wait in the lobby since he came in . I found that very unprofessional, which is not how you treat your customers. I really hope things are different the next time we stop in.

Workers are rude and ignore you. They will tell you to wait a minute and make you wait for 20 minutes, so they can do a single order at a time. I drove to the Holt Burger King and got my food much faster than this location ever could.
