We have frequent this location regularly over the years, even before they moved to this location from inside the mall. Growing pains for the first couple years, then things got more reliable and effective management that would recognize you. Now, turnover again is not for the good. We don't go inside too often anymore, prefer take out, but today we had a large group. The young lady taking orders is barely audible and not friendly or smiley at all. She didn't even explain what my rewards were when asked. I was sure I had a $1 off next order and asked her to use that. Ended up that she did not use it and didn't make it clear to me that I had a free baguette for October 1st only with my order! Couldn't use my digital $5 toward my order, then I went to the pick up window as it was just a bagel that I needed. Was told I could be seated and the buzzer would let me know when ready. Went and sat down with the group and waited quite a few minutes. Finally went back up because the pager had NO lights operating at this point. Sure enough, there was my bagel but not exactly "lightly" toasted. UGH!

I put leftover Chicken teriyaki bowl in my microwave, and it caught on fire. I had to buy a new micro. Could have been worse. It could have burned the house down.

Food is great, but every. Single. Time. I come to Panera they get my order wrong. Like, every time. If I ask for an iced latte with almond milk, I’ll get a hot latte. If the next time I specify very carefully it’s iced, I’ll get it with regular milk. If I order a bowl with no meat or dairy, I’ll always get one or the other. This isn’t a one time thing it’s like I come to Panera bread expecting them to get my order wrong ?

Not the first time, I’ve had issues with this location! Spent $40 on a Business Lunch to not receive credit (conveniently missing receipt, after I was told it was in the bag). Yes, I provided my phone number to only hear, “I found you.” So my credit(s) go to someone other than me. Then…I pay (or shall I say I was charged) for EXTRA meat on my salad, yet was not given the extra meat!
