We have frequent this location regularly over the years, even before they moved to this location from inside the mall. Growing pains for the first couple years, then things got more reliable and effective management that would recognize you. Now, turnover again is not for the good. Food is great, but every. Single. Time. I come to Panera they get my order wrong. Like, every time. If I ask for an iced latte with almond milk, I’ll get a hot latte. If the next time I specify very carefully it’s iced, I’ll get it with regular milk. If I order a bowl with no meat or dairy, I’ll always get one or the other. This isn’t a one time thing it’s like I come to Panera bread expecting them to get my order wrong ?
