I have enjoyed Cottage Inn for a while but I’m leaving this review because of a technical glitch that turned out well in the end because of a specific employee. I ordered late, right before the end of daylight savings. My pizza was taking forever and it had never been late before. I called and Jennifer answered. She was very respectful and explained the time change messed up their orders and my pizza was on the way. She assured me it would be warm. Within 10 mins Jennifer arrived...

The pizza is always amazing but they’re always forgetting something when it comes to my online orders. The young man who delivered my order tonight was gracious enough to go back and bring me back my missing items. Shout out to him! I appreciate the excellent customer service

I have a hard time ordering because I had a stroke and my brain is damaged but when I got there my order was perfect very impressed with the staff. polite and efficient and the restaurant was very clean highly
