Poor customer service, ordered take out and only got half the order, called several times with no answer, finally got through and was told that there was nothing they could do and dispute with the delivery service, never offering to make it right, definitely not ordering from them again and not recommending.

I went in at lunch time today, and it was a bonus for me as it was not crowded. But it was also unfortunate that I was the only one there during lunch hour, while surrounding businesses were thriving. I have not had a bad experience here in a half dozen visits or so. Today I had the Western Sandwich combo, which is a good size sandwich with two meats and cheese. I did the smoked chicken and delicious brisket. Great sandwich, I tried the potato casserole instead of the french fries and wish I hadn't. Basically dried mashed potatoes. The french fries have always been fresh when I've gotten them. I realize Dickey's is a chain, but I can't believe for the value and smoked meats that it doesn't generate more business than this. $12 for the combo I had today which includes a large fountain drink. Give it a try, especially the brisket (stay away from the potato casserole).

Tried this place for the first time. I will NEVER go back. “Legit Texas bbq” LOL! Got the three meat plate. Brisket was rock hard dry, chicken drier, pulled pork while not a shocker also dry, tasted like it came out of a microwave. The taste was not good, food was cold and sides are all premade nothing special. Missing 2 sides from my order didn’t even bother with it.

I had a BBQ Brisket Sandwich with Sweet BBQ sauce and Fries. Absolutely amazing and delicious is how I would sum up my experience!!
I wanted to like it. I really did. The sauce isn’t bad, but it’s not it, man. My wife and I got a three meat plate, chicken, sausage, pulled pork. The pulled pork looked awful, and my wife confirmed it tasted awful; it was either really low quality pork, or it was all fat and it was super dry, even with the sauce. The sausage was bland. The chicken was the best part, but shared very little difference with Tyson chicken in terms of texture and flavor. The Mac and Cheese was good, but tasted like Stouffers. The baked beans were Bush’s Baked Beans and you can’t convince me otherwise. I also wasn’t greeted when I came in, the woman behind the counter seemed really angry? Whatever, point being, I will be finding my dinner elsewhere this evening and in the future. Sorry guys.Wheelchair accessibility: It wasn’t easy finding a spot that was easy for my wife to pull up to, but we made it work.

The service was horrendous and the guy cooking the food with the braids was amazingly rude, unprofessional, and clearly in an argument with a female coworker. So when it was our turn to order, he walked away so he could finish arguing... so we left. WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK... FOOD IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND TIME IS WAY TOO SHORT.... (It was about 3 months ago when this happened but I still never forgot to make sure I wrote a review for the wasted time and terrible customer service)

Based off hygiene, sanitation and professionalism. I will not be returning in person...I ordered online for a 7pm pickup. I arrived promptly at 7..I stood in the empty lobby at the register for 5min b4 anybody said anything to me. The girls hair was very unkept, no hair net, in the middle of making my order she handed food over the partition to someone who stood there eating it. No one ever greeted me. The guy basically walked up and said you need something. He prepared half my order with no gloves on at all. The food was good overall I give it a 7-10. Just going to order delivery nd double pray over my food.

Foods great and all, but when you have one guy working majority of the time which happens to be a lazy, rude and an ignorant employee. He is so rude that it's beyond me at this point. Me and my husband were regulars and for now on I will no longer be going to Dickey's BBQ for now since this particular employee wants to be completely ignorant and would not take our order on the phone. So, until he's gone, I'm not dealing with it anymore. All other staff are wonderful.
