I went in at lunch time today, and it was a bonus for me as it was not crowded. But it was also unfortunate that I was the only one there during lunch hour, while surrounding businesses were thriving. I have not had a bad experience here in a half dozen visits or so. Today I had the Western Sandwich combo, which is a good size sandwich with two meats and cheese. I did the smoked chicken and delicious brisket. I wanted to like it. I really did. The sauce isn’t bad, but it’s not it, man. My wife and I got a three meat plate, chicken, sausage, pulled pork. The pulled pork looked awful, and my wife confirmed it tasted awful; it was either really low quality pork, or it was all fat and it was super dry, even with the sauce. The sausage was bland.
