Just got home and found out from my husband we short an order of parm bites. Called twice, got hung up on. Idk if they let someone order from the window, but one car in the pickup window for 20 minutes (we're the car behind them and they were already when we got there) and have a whole line of cars behind us (at least 4, but I couldn't see behind the building).Ridiculously more managing or staff

I didn't receive an item from my order. Called a few times yet they told me they had to place orders yet the driver is already on the way. Tajah delivered to my house a few times always nice with a big beautiful smile! She made sure I received my missing item as soon as the call ended! Thank you Tajah & Domino's staff!

Zero stars needs to be an option.Absolutely RUDE, unprofessional female employee (evidently the manager) who had the AUDACITY to address my daughter "what do you want?!" (Common sense would be to pick upor place an order since your ignorant staff apparently dont realize theyre working in food service!) When she went in to pick up our order that said was ready on the tracker and in fact was not. First pizza was burnt and had to literally wait for them to make the 2nd pizza which ended up undercooked.Absolutely filed a complaint with Corporate and will be doing the same with BBB.GET YOUR EMPLOYEES UNDER CONTROL!!!

This location's Pizza is NEVER made with fresh ingredients. I can taste the bread, cheese and pepperoni are going bad. Dominos... starting throwing away old ingredients instead of serving them to people. This is disgusting!

It took over an hour to get 2 simple pizzas. They weren't even cut when they arrived. When I called to ask about the status, the person had no ability to communicate the issue. You need to pay people better so you get better people. I will not be patronizing you again.

Haven't ate Domino's in a long time due to the fact the last time we ordered from here the food was terrible. Undercooked and just flat out nasty. We attempted again due to the fact we heard they're gluten-free pizza was good... girlfriend is gluten free. She loved it. And my regular pizza was better than last.

I ordered about 25 minutes before my lunch break at work. I get there and there is only one person working which is pretty unacceptable during lunch hour. My food wasn’t even started yet which I wasn’t mad about because there was only one person doing everything! This poor guy is so stressed out, doing everything by himself. I really wanted to not go back to work so I could help him!!! I feel like I was probably the only person not mad and completely understanding because I’ve been in his position! I told him I wanted to cancel not because I was upset, but so he would have one less order to make. He was ready to walk out and I would be surprised if he didn’t. Shame on the manager and the owner of this location. If you don’t have enough staff to work you should close down. It’s not fair to the person working or the customers.

I order these burnt pizzas from Dominos on 12-21-23.I had a family emergency that came up so when I got back into town 12-24-23 I called Dominos spoke to Alesha, she said she is the store manager. Alesha refused to refund me or remake the pizzas that are burnt and had cheese flavor on them. Even though I have the receipt and all the pizzas to show there are problems with the food, Alesha reason for not taken care of the problem is that I didn't call that day it happen, even though I have the receipt and the food to show? As I stated, my family and love ones come before a Pizza Alesha, Dominos clearly see they burned the pizzas and added some cheese flavor which I didn't want, and did nothing due to an incompetent manager! I won't never buy from them again!!!! Get your Burnt pizzas from Dominos while supplies last!!!!
