This place is filthy. The glass, window sills, floors, trim, counters, trash bins, bathrooms and pop machine are all very dirty. Everything needs to be deep cleaned. I showed up shortly after they opened, they weren't very busy and were fully staffed so there was no excuse for it to be this dirty. Very disappointing because the subs are pretty decent. Clean this place up and I'll come back.
This is a loaded question. I absolutely love Firehouse subs they taste amazing and I love that a portion of the proceeds go to support firefighters. However I can no longer support any downtown businesses because of the parking department. I ran in to pick up a to
-go order and was issued a parking ticket. It is absolutely ridiculous to have to pay for 5 minutes of parking when I was in and out faster than it would have taken to go through the parking payment process.
Great Subs! I used to eat at Firehouse in Virginia often, and this is just the same :)
