The hash here is light and fluffy-not greasy, and they don't add any salt so you can salt to taste. First place I've had corned beef hash at that doesn't taste like it'll slowly kill me. Perfect!
I love a good diner! We were in town to visit my mother and get her out of the nursing home for a meal where there were a lot of food choices. She had the turkey dinner (which comes with a large serving of nice turkey that doesn’t look like turkey roll, dressing and two sides).
