I got the house fried rice to go which is their equivalent of young chow fried rice. It was dry and I felt it could have used a few more peas and shrimp etc. The staff were very kind. I'd also say the atmosphere could be more inviting as all the tables had chairs flipped up as though closed for the night but it was not even 2pm yet... overall it is an average place but not exceptional.

Fortune house just opened for the day when we arrived, no other guests were there yet, so I had a chance to ask alot of questions about Chinese food. The lady who helped me with my order was very knowledgeable. The way she explained the food, it started to really make me hungry. The quality of the ingredients and all the time-consuming preparation and care that goes into getting all the details right was alot. These guys were amazing this morning. I called about a week ago asking if they were willing to do a catering job for 40 people. Kicker was I needed to pick it up the order by 5:15 am and they agreed. I picked it up this morning and wow was it great food!

Everyone loved it, Just wish I would have taken a picture. Great job and I will definitely be using you again
