If you're a transplant/visitor from anywhere in the south, this is where you wanna go to get some delicious well seasoned food. I moved to Michigan from Texas last year and the difference in food has been a huge adjustment for me. This is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in the year I've lived here. I went with my friends and I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken is crunchy and tender the waffles are just the perfect shape and texture. They even give you syrup! The drinks are also crisp and cool!
I’m from down south came here passing through and when I tell you first off the atmosphere just gave me so much memories then the food really felt like my grandparents made it some of the best food I had in a very long time the next time I’m in Lansing this will be my go to place I’m gonna make sure people know about this place
