I gave the atmosphere three stars only because it's a food truck, and I don't think I would enjoy eating right there. But the food is amazing! And when I had a last minute order for Tres leches cake for my husband's birthday, she was so accommodating and kind. I absolutely love their entire menu! Chef's kiss.
It can be difficult to get a culinary experience authentic to its region in Lansing, but Habana Delights nailed it! We had Croqutes as an appetizer and Ropa Vieja with congris and maduros for the entree. The Croquetes were crispy on the outside with a creamy center. 5/5 ⭐. Wow!! Customer bought us lunch and every bite was amazing. I’ve always drove by this place and never stopped by. Mom always told me not to judge a book by its cover. Sometime soon I’ll stop in and get some food. Yumm!!
