I am/was a faithful customer. I ordered several times a month. Well, last week my order was wrong I called in and spoke with a manager (male) I couldn’t remember his name (thought it was Alex or Allen) any way he was being very helpful and told me that he would put down that I was owed a free salad but it would be awhile before the delivery was made so he’d give it to me for some other time.
