I came for gelato and got a staff member looking at me like I stuck my foot in the gelato.This was the second time I’ve been served by this employee and the second time she was very curt, antisocial, and rude. Her coworker was no different.I’ve edited my review to be more understandable—I hope that the owner, who commented hoping that I had a great gelato experience, understands better now that I didn’t.

Their website (and Yelp) say they're open till 10 PM. Drove far to get there. Arrived at 9:02 only to find out they closed at 9. Probably a good idea for a business to have the correct information on their website. They could have served me as all of the gelato was still out, but they instead showed me the sign in the cooler case displaying the correct hours.Thanks....

I woke up this morning with a craving for some iorio gelato, i immediately run to the location on the west side of lansing to see the most amazing, beautiful, dedicated staff member (reese carlson) best service i’ve ever received. Best gelato i’ve ever eaten.

Rudest and most horrible service I’ve had since living in California. Stuck up and poor attitude of the two young women behind the counter. Gelato was good, so not a total loss. Hopefully these girls learn to serve the customer better.

Iorio Gelato is located inside Horracks Farmers market. Plenty of rich gelato flavors to choose from along with other frozen treats. While you're indulging in the gelato, you can wander about the incredible market. I've never seen such product variety in one place. You have to see it to believe it.We're going back tomorrow to see more!

I happened to notice the macarons today, while in Horrocks. I tried the cookies and cream and French vanilla and oh. my. word. These are literally the best macarons I have ever had, and I'm being absolutely serious! The vanilla one was the perfect cookie. The crunch, the sweetness, the smooth filling, everything about it was mouth wateringly delicious! As if I needed another reason to go into Horrocks haha! 10/10! Will definitely try more flavors next time.

To start off the gelato was delicious. I come here practically every Saturday, the gelato is always wonderful and the service is always spectacular. I came in today (8/28). I entered expecting the quality service I usually get however, in the late afternoon/evening around 4 or 5 we walked up to the counter intending to order gelato. This young woman wearing a skirt talked to me but refused to address my husband. I thought this was odd to start off, but to be honest he is a Black male and that seems like the most obvious reason for her to be avoiding him. I would also like to add that the amount of attitude she seemed to have and that she was on her phone ignoring the other people in line. I don't like to be this person, but this was not the usual Horrocks experience and I thought it deserved mentioning.
