This is the best gelato! I love this place and I go every Saturday with my twin grandsons. Every worker is amazing and really sweet. In my opinion this place is the coziest and the most welcoming that I have been to in my 68 years of life. A big thanks to the workers and to whoever runs this company. Sending love. I came for gelato and got a staff member looking at me like I stuck my foot in the gelato.This was the second time Iāve been served by this employee and the second time she was very curt, antisocial, and rude. Her coworker was no different.Iāve edited my review to be more understandableāI hope that the owner, who commented hoping that I had a great gelato experience, understands better now that I didnāt.
I woke up this morning with a craving for some iorio gelato, i immediately run to the location on the west side of lansing to see the most amazing, beautiful, dedicated staff member (reese carlson) best service iāve ever received. Best gelato iāve ever eaten.
