Was in need of catering services for Customer Service Week and my staff overwhelmingly voted for Jersey Giant on Cedar Street in Lansing. I’m not a sandwich person so I was hesitant for such an important event, but I ordered based in their feedback. Dale helped me with figuring out how many platters I needed and to be very transparent, I tried TWO sandwiches and they were the freshest, most delicious sandwiches I have ever had, remember, I’m not a sandwich person. My staff were over the moon with their lunch and made me promise to only provide food from Jersey Giant. I promised!!! Large order, some veggie subs, all the trimmings, delicious!

Stopped in for a couple subs, was overall good but the service was sub par. Wish we could of gotten the subs toasted. Most of the lights in the place were shutoff, the worker didn't seem like they wanted us there. Id try somewhere else before going back.

Waited over an hour and a half for 1 sandwich then tried to call the store and someone answered the phone but wouldn't respond then the employee unhooked the phone when I called. Manager is very rude

Great location. The service is always friendly here and the subs are good. Fresh bread, freshly sliced meat, good toppings. Definitely pricier than the subway down the road but subway sucks (especially the Holt one). Jersey Giant will fill you up AND there will still be enough sandwich for lunch the next day.Parking lot isn't great since it is a shared strip mall type.
Got great service on short notice from Elaine on Sun Aug 20th at Cedar St. I needed a tray that could not be ordered online. Elaine helped me with choices. The packaging of all the condiments as well as the toppings was excellent. Highly recommend.

Kid-friendliness: The kid can pick out what they want on their sammich
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot has a spot for wheelchairs. BUT I'm not 100 % if there is a button for the door or not
