I ordered an anchovy pizza online 2/24/25 for delivery, was quoted 60 minutes. It arrived after 75 minutes and was so overloaded with fish that it was inedible, far too salty.
I called the store and asked for a refund. The disrespectful rude female manager first offered a credit for half of cost of the pizza. I declined and told her I wanted a full refund because I could not eat the pizza, and did not trust them to make me more food. Then she told me she couldn't give me a refund because it was "too hard" - ridiculous. She also told me would give me a full refund if I returned the pizza. I told her that was absurd and I ended the conversation there.
I'll be doing a chargeback on my credit card, but save yourself the trouble: do not order from this trash place. They are rude, unprofessional, and bad at the only thing they do (making pizza). Whoever owns this place should be ashamed, and I hope they go out of business. Based on the number of poor reviews, that's probably not far off.

My order came 2 hours after I made it online. Estimated time was an hour from ordering, but it took an additional hour on top of that. Looks like it happens to others too based on these past reviews. I don’t want to be THAT person leaving a bad one, but unfortunately I feel the need to share this information with anyone else considering a delivery order. I like Jet’s Pizza—I think it’s solid. Just don’t think delivery should even be an option if people have to wait 2-3 hours for it (my pizza came cold too).

This is genuinely the worst Jets location in Michigan. The delivery is always an hour longer than they say and on top of that, the people they hire are trash. Do yourself a favor a don't waste your time here.

Late delivery. Poor customer service. Placed order online at 5:18. Projected delivery time 6:48. Actual delivery was almost twenty minutes late. Called the shop to complain, Manager told me there was nothing they could do to make amends for the late delivery. No discounts, no coupons. The pizza arrived as I was speaking with the manager. I said I would not shop there again. The manager said "Okay".

Ordered two pizzas for delivery, was told it would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. After more then 2 hours they never showed up or even called. Called them multiple times and they would not pick up and there voicemail was full. Good thing I didn't pay over the phone for it! I certainly will not try this place again.

This is not a dine-in restaurant. You can order for pick up and on some nights you can get pizza by the slice. I wish they would stay open later in the evening because the pizza is great
Never tf coming back. Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 had No sauce then they act like they can't refund my money as if I want to spend More time out of an already hectic day to drive to a store to wait for them to make another pizza. Ridiculous. Paid for trash pizza and trash service.
