it is edible, but how did pineapple end up on all of my pizzas? the workers need to look closer, the driver did great though, made it here on time and safely (the road i live on people tend to drive dangerous on)
and I called to let them know they would benefit from double checking, its a fast pace job working in food service, but the food still has to be correct.
the young lady on the phone was also very rude, dismissing me to get her manager. Im unsure of what to say you arent able to relay a message.
the worst part is she didnt even put me on hold, the phone was set down and I was able to overhear unprofessional comments.

Pizza was good but twice found hair in my pizza. The second time the manager asked me to take the pizza in to proof that I was not lying which I did. And it's not mine because the piece of hair was threading through the dough.

Placed a mobile order on the way back from DTW. I hadn't had Jet's in a really long time as there are so many other pizza options available even for deep dish.
While the deep dish crust is quite amazing, soft, chewy, crispy...the bacon hiding under the cheese on the bacon cheese bread leaves a lot to be desired. The bacon should always be on the top so it has a chance to get cooked (maybe even crispy) especially the fatty, stringy pieces. The bacon wasn't an issue on the large Jet's 10 that was ordered (and was excited the onions and black olives were omitted as requested).
The ranch and marinara are still as good as always.
Jets is great, beats the others in quality, wish there was a little more discount in the coupons but nothing to complain about

I ordered a $26 pizza it was burnt , horrible. I let it slide until I ordered again. I was again unhappy with the pizza. I did call the manager and spoke to him when I ordered the calzone and they were burnt. I’m done with Hets they used to be the best.
