“Purchased a classic sandwich with a stale bun, staff made it right with offering a refund on the sandwich or getting a new one made. The fresh sandwich was much better and half the wait time of Chick-fil-A. Also got a famous bowl that tasted fine

Only reason I didn't give a 5 was bcuz the top of the biscuits were super salty, too salty for me....they must spread some kind of butter topping on them when they come out of the oven & IMO, the biscuits would have been PERFECT without it.

“This KFC is pretty well maintained and cleaner than most. The food was hot and fresh. The wait was minimal for the number of vehicles in the drive thru. The employees were warm and polite. Our order was missing a couple of chicken tenders, but a quick call to the manager and a return trip to the store we had our tenders. The manager seemed to genuinely care about it and handled the issue quickly and effectively.“
