This KFC location in the Cedar area is one of the worst I’ve ever visited. The staff, including the manager, are rude and completely unprofessional. They don’t respect or respond to customers at all. Most of the time they’re on their phones, talking, or playing games instead of doing their job.
I waited over 30 minutes and still didn’t get my order on time. The manager and staff need serious training on customer service and professionalism.
My advice: Stay away from this KFC. Save your time and money — visit another location where they actually care about their customers.

Always have to wait, long wait times. We have never gotten all of or order and the worst part, they don’t give you your gravy, never! Thought we’d try them again and regretted it, food is ok, fries are terrible! Won’t be going back
Ordered online. Showed up 30 mins later to pick up my order. Lobby was closed had to wait in drive through line. Order still wasn't ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes to cook the chicken. Why wasn't it cooked when I placed the order online?

This location was understaffed, and falling apart. Staff was trying their best, food was what you should expect from kfc. Not a great experience but staff in duty moved orders as fast as they could.
