Drive-Through 2X CHARGE: was told my card was declined so I asked that she try again. Found out that I was charged TWICE! Called location, was given 800# to call. Response was great (within 24hrs)! A day or two after that, location manager(?) called me…said she didn’t see any double charges but would print copy of card receipt report in case my financial institution needed it to show they (KFC) didn’t 2x charge me. She gave me another 800# for “Upper Management”! Again, response was great!..they checked and found the issue was on their part, not my CU’s…she said someone will get in touch with me to issue my almost $50 refund!! No one reached out to me but after I called again, UM (Karen) read me her responding email stating I was issued a refund. I did see it while speaking to Karen. No one has issued or offered any type of an apology to me because this DOUBLE CHARGE was only discovered by me!! So, they speak nicely to me WITHOUT AN APOLOGY or even a coupon for a free drink!..for their mess-up!! Someone should make this right since it was their wrong, had I not discovered the mess-up in the first place!!!

Only reason I didn't give a 5 was bcuz the top of the biscuits were super salty, too salty for me....they must spread some kind of butter topping on them when they come out of the oven & IMO, the biscuits would have been PERFECT without it.
Still Very satisfied.

Can't even get an order right inside. Paid for 2 tender kids meal, 8 piece chicken bits, 2 plain chicken sandwich and a 12 piece saucy nuggets meal. They gave me 2 tender meal, 2 chicken sandwiches and an 8 piece saucy nuggets and drink. When I said something they only gave me fries and biscuit. Had to buy a 8 piece just so I could just get my food and go. Employees were no help and lack sufficient customer service skills or professionalism. This is why I tend to stay away from KFC.
Fast food has become too expensive to pay full price for. For this reason I use the app for each restaurant. For whatever reason this kfc does not accept online orders and pretty much never has. Haven’t had kfc in years because of it.

Ask for mashed potatoes and got french fries instead.. no butter or honey with biscuit.. 19 for a meal that isn’t complete and wrong is uncalled for!!

Ordered a 3 pcs tender meal. Received 4 pcs of chicken, 2 were dried out. The potatoes had a clump of potatoes, not very appealing. As always the gravy was great.
